He has built his own investment portfolio alongside the work he does for clients, which means the conversations he has every day are grounded in the same decisions he has had to make himself. He stays across every market the team works in and is the kind of operator who still wants to know the details of every deal. Clients tend to notice this fairly quickly.

Before most conversations happen, Kej has already thought three moves ahead. He oversees the strategic direction of InvestorMate and makes sure every client experience reflects the standards he and Emmanuel have built the business on. Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts, he brings more than a decade of his own property investment experience to the team. When a deal gets complicated or a decision needs to be made quickly, he’s the person in the room.

As Operations Manager, her work sits behind the scenes, managing the systems, processes, and coordination that allow the client-facing team to do their jobs without distraction. She’s methodical, sharp, and the kind of person who notices a problem two steps before anyone else does. The team describes her as the reason things just work.
